9’s Rep: 2025 season-in-review

High Park 9’s came on the scene with some stellar offensive and defensive capabilities. These players were professionals from the start showing great teamwork and baseball skills throughout the season. Transitioning from t-ball straight to pitching, they didn’t miss a bat with a combined average of .372 and on base + slugging (OPS) of 1.051, getting on base in over half of their at bats. For their first time taking the mound, their combined pitching earned run average (ERA) was 3.874. The players showed grit and resilience even through the toughest of games.

TEAM: 9’s rep team
RECORD: 16 wins / 5 losses
COACH: Dave Clark & Lisa DiLiberto
SPONSOR: Robb Contracting

TOURNAMENTS:
Ancaster: Champions in 9’s division
Brockville: Semi-finals in 10’s division (lost to Ancaster 10’s)
Kanata: Semi-finals in All-Star division (lost to Fayetteville 10’s)
Oakville: Champions in 9’s division

SEASON HIGHLIGHT: Getting past some really tough teams (East Nepean and Ancaster) in grinding, defensive games in the Oakville Finals was a clear highlight for the 9’s. But one of the best moments of the year for the team was an outing to go see the Toronto Maple Leafs IBL game in Christie Pits — players got to stand with the players during the national anthem and then take the field with the players and receive a signed ball.
