Returning players in the Minors and Majors baseball division, instructional, and T-Ball players who have another year of T-Ball have been invited to register. This invitation was sent to parents email.
For those players moving from T-Ball to baseball, the process is slightly different. Due to limited space, we hold player evaluations each year, and a draft determines which kids will be placed on a Minors team. The evaluations will take place at 643 Baseball (2455 Cawthra Rd., Mississauga) on the dates posted below (times TBD). There will be a process for signing up for specific times (players will be encouraged to attend two sessions), but for now, please keep the following dates in mind:
- Sat. Feb 21st, 2026
- Sun. Feb 22nd, 2026
- Sat. Feb 28th, 2026
- Sun. Mar 1st, 2026
- We will also look to add a couple of weekday spots
If your player is drafted onto a team, a registration link will be sent to you at that time.

GENERAL INFORMATION
AGE GROUPS: Instructional players are 6 years old, T-Ball players 7-8 years old, while Little League players are 9-10 years old (Minors), and 11-12 years old (Majors).
Your child’s age is determined by their age on August 31 of each season. Please consult the Little League Baseball age guidelines or see chart below.
Instructional: born Sept. 1, 2019 – Aug 31, 2020
T-Ball: Sep. 1, 2017 – Aug. 31 2019
Minors: born Sep. 1, 2015 – Aug. 31, 2017
Majors: born Sep. 1, 2013 – Aug. 31 2015
Players New to Little League:
- Player evaluations for the baseball program are required for players moving up from the High Park T-Ball program to Little League as well as for new players aged 9-12. (RETURNING players are excluded since they have already been placed on a team.)
What other requirements should I consider before registering my child?
- Your child must reside or attend school within the High Park Little League boundaries. Players must reside or attend school within our boundaries of south side of Lawrence Avenue down to Lake Ontario, between the east side of Etobicoke Creek and west side of Bayview Avenue.
- If NEW or a T-Ball graduate, the child must be evaluated and drafted to a team. Please note: RETURNING Little League players are guaranteed a spot on a team. Due to limited capacity, resources and high demand, NEW players will be drafted based on the available spots remaining.

- The league also operates Rep Programs for all age-groups within both the T-ball and Baseball divisions. All players must be registered and actively playing on a house league team to qualify to try out for a Rep team. As per Little League Canada rules, official tryouts cannot take place until May 15, 2025. More information regarding Rep team coaching applications, optional workouts, and official tryout dates will be communicated by the league leading up to the start of baseball activities each spring.
