No Shortage of Excitement as the First Round of Playoffs Wraps Up, With T-Ball Also in Full Swing

Tied games, sixth inning miracles and stunning pitching performances: the first round of the 2022 playoffs was full of the excitement, friendly competition and big plays High Park baseball is known for! The last best-of-three series wrapped up Thursday night, with the second round of play kicking off this weekend at Ernie Keith Field. Best of luck in the minors semi-finals to the Monarchs (1), Cannons (4), Colonels (2) and Bisons (3). Over in the majors, the Orioles (1), Athletics (5), Mets (2) and Pirates (3) will be squaring off.

There is still a lot of play left for the Leafs (5), Knights (8), Jets (6) and Cyclones (7), plus the majors White Sox (4), Cubs (8), Expos (6) and Red Sox (7), with consolation semi-finals round kicking off this weekend as well.
