Vaccination rates in Toronto have passed 60% and it looks promising that organized outdoor sports may be allowed in some form by mid-June. Sounds like a perfect time to launch HPLL’s 2021 Spirit Wear collection. Better yet, we’re also announcing Kids Should Play, High Park Little League’s new program to help more kids get into the game we all love. A full 100 percent of spirit wear net proceeds will go towards funding five new players every year by paying for their registration fees and equipment for as long as they play at High Park.
Check out the collection and purchase spirit wear items now by clicking here. Chose from adult and kids sizes of premium-quality tees, hoodies and popular flex-fit hats featuring the new High Park logo created pro bono by Toronto-based ad agency, trevor//peter. Shipping will be free for orders over $99, otherwise you can pay a $15 delivery charge or pick up your order at no cost at the Dundas St. W offices of our community partner, Axis Gear.
We know that costs can put baseball out of reach for many people, particularly those in ethnic and cultural minority communities who are disproportionately part of low-income families. Our goal is to help give as many kids as possible a chance to play ball and fall in love with the game. All kids should know the joy of rounding the bases and being part of a team.
