The High Park Minor division is a house league for players aged 9 and 10, and consists of eight teams. In the Minor division players are introduced to pitching and base stealing; players are rotated through infield and outfield positions at the discretion of the head coach. Umpires are provided by the league.
All players registered in this division are required to attend pre-season assessments. Assessment times are selected during registration. High Park Little League welcomes both T-Ball graduates moving up to pitching for the first time as well as new players who reside within the HPLL boundaries.
Each team plays one or two games per week, which are held at 6 pm during the week and last 2 hours. Weekend games are played in May and June, with some weekend games in July and August. Players are expected to arrive 1 hour before the game for warmup activities and skills training. All games are played at Ernie Keith field. Practices take place at Ernie Keith Field as well as diamonds surrounding High Park.
Scores are kept and standings maintained for the regular season, which wraps up in late August. Overall standings influence playoff brackets held each September, with three rounds of playoffs held to determine a division champion.
In 2024 the Cyclones won the Eddie Stewart trophy as Minors House League Champions.
