The recipient of the 2024 Most Dedicated Umpire award is Sam Smoljan. Sam started umpiring at High Park Little League in 2018. He has become one of the city’s busiest and most respected umpires. Sam remains dedicated to High Park, making time for the Little League program and training the next generation of baseball umpires. Thank you Sam, for giving back to the High Park community.
